When i started working for Just One Vision, I was only a salesman over the phone. As the company grew so did I. I started getting into the mailing part well I had to, it was gibberish to me. A Co-worker of mine recommended Codeacademy. I'm still learning and I recommend this to anyone that is learning web design and not in school.
